9/15/19 Meal Prep Workshop


Workshop Details:

Sunday, September 15, 3-5pm. Location shared upon registration.

Our September Menu:

Black Bean & Mango Caribbean Chili
Earth Bowls w/Basil Tahini Dressing
Ratatouille Pasta
Veggie Zuppa Toscana
Zoodles w/Pesto Sauce
Zucchini Tacos w/Honey Sriracha Slaw

In this workshop, you will assemble and leave with six whole-food, plant-based, mostly organic, allergen-friendly, freezer-friendly meals that your family will love. Each meal serves 4-6 people. All of the recipes, ingredients, utensils, and bags are provided. The only thing you need to bring is a small cooler or cooler bag so you can store your meal bags safely until you get home.
