2/17/19 Meal Prep Workshop


Workshop Details:

Sunday, February 17, 3-5pm. Location shared upon registration.

Our February Menu:

Creamy White Bean and Rosemary Soup
Harvest Chili
Harvest Pasta Alfredo
Pizza Quinoa Bowl
Roasted Root Vegetable Bisque
Spaghetti Squash with Vegetable Marinara Sauce

In this workshop, you will assemble and leave with six whole-food, plant-based, mostly organic, allergen-friendly, freezer-friendly meals that your family will love. Each meal serves 4-6 people. All of the recipes, ingredients, utensils, and bags are provided. The only thing you need to bring is a small cooler or cooler bag so you can store your meal bags safely until you get home.
