Good Food For Your Life

Helping you get healthy meals on your table!

Our next workshop is 10/20!

What’s
for
dinner?

As a busy mom, I know how challenging it can be to get dinner on the table at all, let alone meals that are nourishing and healthy. Amen? Not to mention all the questions surrounding ingredients and what’s good vs. bad. Plus, if you’re like me, when time is scarce, you want to spend it doing the things that really matter. My guess is that, for many people, meal planning, prep and cleanup are not high on the list of “things that really matter,” but….feeding yourself and your family healthy meals probably is.

The Wiley Kitchen’s meal prep workshops aim to help you solve that problem by giving you the tools and resources you need to prepare whole food, plant-based, allergen-friendly recipes that your family will love, and have fun while doing it!

Plant
Based
Diet

If you’re thinking “Hmm….but I don’t eat a plant-based diet. Is this for me?” Of course! I’m not anti-meat over here, just pro-veggie. I love to show people how to incorporate more fruits and veggies into their diet in new ways.  All of the meals are complete on their own, but also pair well with various animal protein options, so you can always add that at home if you’d like.
